World Cup 2026 USA, Mexico and Canada

Has it really been 4 years since the last World Cup? This time we are in the USA, Canada and Mexico, where 48 teams will battle it out for the greatest football cup.

The tournament runs from the 11th of June to the 19^th of July. All groups are arranged and listed below;

Group A: Mexico, South Africa, South Korea, Czechia

Group B: Canada, Switzerland, Qatar, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Group C: Brazil, Morocco, Haiti, Scotland

Group D: USA, Paraguay, Australia, Türkiye

Group E: Germany, Curaçao, Ivory Coast, Ecuador

Group F: Netherlands, Japan, Sweden, Tunisia

Group G: Belgium, Egypt, Iran, New Zealand

Group H: Spain, Cape Verde, Saudi Arabia, Uruguay

Group I: France, Senegal, Norway, Iraq

Group J: Argentina, Algeria, Austria, Jordan

Group K: Portugal, DR Congo, Uzbekistan, Colombia

Group L: England, Croatia, Ghana, Panama

Dates

1. Group stage (June 11 to June 27): 12 groups of four, each team plays three matches.
2. Round of 32 (starts June 28): All 12 group winners, 12 runners-up and the 8 best third-placed teams advance.
3. Round of 16, Quarterfinals, Semi-finals: Standard single-elimination knockout.
4. Final: July 19 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Prizemoney

Total prize money $871 million, spread across the teams, leading to the winner getting $50 million and the World Cup Trophy.
