Reform Criminal Immigrants Incarceration Policy

Reform has just announced their foreign national’s policy to free up prison space. It will also deport immigrants who are criminals in jail.

With our prisons full to bursting, the UK is going to free criminals so that their sentences have not been completed. Early release could be stopped.

We have many illegal and foreign criminals in our prison system who will be released but not deported. But what would happen if we did as Reform wants and deported all foreign criminals from our prison system?

10,000 spaces would be made and would also be financially viable if we sent these people to offshore prisons.

Reform has been in conversation with El Salvador and Kosovo about sending these foreign prisoners to them.

As we said, it will make thousands of spaces and stop early release, financial and ethics halve the cost of keeping a prisoner.

In the UK it costs £54,000 – £60,000 per year to keep a prisoner for a year. The costings could go down to £27,000 – £30,000 per year, saving approx half a billion pounds.

Then another problem is these countries have real prisons. There are many people who say human rights are being broken, especially in El Salvador.

Cecot is an El Salvador prison. It’s tough we mean really tough with no chance of escape.

Opened in 2023, Cecot houses 40,000 prisoners in eight reinforced cell blocks with 24-hour lighting and no visitation or mail privileges.

In theory, the idea would solve a few things. It would solve financial problems and open places up in our prisons so victims can get their peace of mind.

Even if it’s not done by Reform, it should be considered by all parties.

Why the migrant crime cover-up?

The government is waging a legal war to stop migrant crime rates being published. It must be so bad to start such a crusade against the Information Commissioner (ICO).

The government is waging a legal war to stop migrant crime rates being published. It must be so bad to start such a crusade against the Information Commissioner (ICO).

So the Ministry of Justice is trying to stop the ICO publishing the scale of foreigners offending in England and Wales from 2018 to 2024.

The MoJ, however, said revealing the truth would be too expensive, and some of the figures would breach the privacy of some of those offenders. Think of them first.

Breaching the privacy of some offenders is a laugh. If you’re white and from England or Wales, you would get your statistic made known.

Crime and sexual crime have been increasing since we have allowed illegal immigrants to mix with the UK public. Many times, unknowing the background of a migrant.

The government is blasé when people just land here illegally without any form of identification. Criminals, rapists and religious interns left to do as they want.

But things must be bad if they are trying to cover up migrant crime figures. Every day it seems the news is covering rapes and violence from migrants.

Under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act, we should get this info as it will not come as a surprise to anyone.

This information will show the public how dangerous some of these illegal immigrants are and how many are committing crimes.

In turn, the public, if they see the crime figures, are not going to want migrants on their doorstep in hotels, HMOs, and ex-army camps.

People are concerned about the safety of their families and especially their children. Some of these criminals come from countries with no respect for women.

Then you have the far-right protestors. This type of information will only inflame this whole situation and cause riots and attacks against innocent migrants.

But that does not stop the fact that under the FOI Act we should see the crime figures for 2018 – 24.

The government has no right to stop this. With the media reporting a cover-up, the public aren’t stupid; they know how bad it is.

It’s serious. A government cover-up. Just keep letting them in, give them a leaflet on how to behave, but it will just carry on.

How can we ever trust Labour on immigration now and in the future?

It’s a mad day when Reform is prepared to do something for the British people, yet our new PM says all is well; figures are down.

The ICO need to release the figures and show the public what’s going on.

Why Are the UK Homeless Being Treated Second Best in England?

Official figures showed 4,793 people were sleeping rough on a single night in England in autumn 2025

Official figures showed 4,793 people were sleeping rough on a single night in England in autumn 2025. The PM has stated he wants these people off the streets by Christmas.

There can be nothing better than a nice warm home with protection from the elements. But there are a few who have no home and live on the streets.

There could be many reasons why people are homeless, but something needs to be done. These rough sleepers have no warmth in winter besides the sleeping bags they have.

But this is the tip of the iceberg for homelessness. There are hundreds of thousands living in temporary accommodation. There are also a lot of people surfing sofas.

There are many people rough sleeping, mental health patients and ex-army personnel.  These are all vulnerable people needing help from the government.

But it’s a 2 Teir situation with illegal immigrants coming to England and getting free accommodation and food.

With migrants coming to the UK weekly, there can be 1000 or more entering. In 5 weeks, if the boats or migrants were returned, that’s all the rough sleepers sorted.

But it’s all darker than that; under Keir Starmer, he did nothing for our homeless. He let more Illegal asylum seekers in and housed them.

What are we doing when we put foreign nationals over our own? But this has been the same with the past governments.

But it’s a great idea by Andy Burnham, but he also states there may not be enough money in the pot to pay for the rough sleeping plan.

But the problem is there will be enough money to house illegal immigrants. This is where 2 tier comes in; we give to the asylum seekers but not to our own.

We have ex-military men on the streets, but come a war, how many refugees would fight for us?

It’s a fantastic idea for the government to help rough sleepers. But our rough sleepers come at a price; asylum seekers don’t.

The PM has a good attitude on this subject, but will he succeed? Let’s hope it’s not all talk, and he starts putting the UK first.

More Boats Cross With Illegal Migrants This Week.

This week saw 828 illegal immigrants enter the UK, which means more strain on our economy and public resources.

This week, from 9th August for seven days, saw 828 illegal immigrants enter the UK, which means more strain on our economy and public resources.

Doctors, dentists and schools are all under pressure from the influx of illegal immigrants. Communities are being divided, and the UK economy is also under pressure due to these immigrants.

But worse is who we are letting in? They throw their passports and identification overboard so they cannot be identified. But how many are criminals with a bad past and a security threat to the UK?

Looking at the table below for the 10th of August, the day’s invasion started with the arrival of the 230-place mega dinghy. This is like a full load for a Boeing 737 Max with a load of 230 immigrants all at once.

The news is also full of illegal immigrants who have committed serious crimes in the UK. Crimes against women and even worse against children, with many being sexual attacks. When cultures clash, this is what happens.

With Andy Burnham stating that figures for arrivals are down on last year, is it just a get-out for the PM not wanting to do anything? There are many variables to illegal immigrant crossings which he fails to mention.
